 I'm here to support your wellness journey through the healing of compassionate, therapeutic massage and health education. It is my life's purpose to shed light on the incredible healing intelligence that exists within you. Together, we'll explore the tension that's keeping you stuck in pain and discomfort, release what no longer serves, and reeducate the body to move with ease and lightness.

Training

I am a CAMTC certified massage therapist and health educator with 1,250+ hours of training in anatomy, kinesiology, and massage modalities such as:

-Therapeutic Swedish

-Deep Tissue

-Myofascial Release

-Neuromuscular Release

​NARM Informed Professional

I am a level 1 graduated of the NARM® (Neuro Affective Relational Model) Informed Professional Training. This is a psychoeducational training that delves into how Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) contribute to complex trauma and effect us in the here and now. This understanding humanizes the healing process by shifting the focus from pathology to genuine connection and self-agency.
